GRIDWORX is currently hiring an Executive Assistant for our Director of Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding and interest in sales and marketing while demonstrating the ability to contribute to the team’s delivery of successful projects and build client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling calls and meetings using Google calendar
- Answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Support sales with phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Following up with customers and helping them to make a decision
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and/or other customer requests with a strong focus on service excellence and a sense of ownership
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reach out to stone quarries to obtain samples to send to customers
- Maintain and organize our stone sample area in the warehouse
- Prepare stone samples for shipment
- Maintain the sales and stone sample area
- Maintain current stone offerings on the webpage
- Attend online learning sessions to stay current
- Travel may be required for tradeshows
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
