The new headquarters and training facility for the Pipefitters Association Local Union 537 is a four-story, 70,000-square-foot building and features a pipefitting training facility, office space, educational classrooms, and assembly space with capacity for up to 500 people. 117 parking spaces are built on site.
The Denver Art Museum’s new, privately funded administration building is complete with Dover Light Fleuri Honed Limestone. The 50,000-square-foot building, designed to house more than 100 museum employees, including administrative staff, curators and educators, is located immediately west of the museum’s Frederic C. Hamilton Building and directly south of the Clyfford Still Museum on the site of a former staff parking lot.

The building’s Grand Lobby is clad almost entirely in fine Italian marble and features custom railings detailed with a chevron pattern, a motif that is also found in the design of fixtures and furniture throughout the campus.
